B2B Sales Representative .

Schedule appointments and visit existing customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities.
Link between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, collection and complaint handling.
Update customers on a regular basis regarding all product changes and modifications.
Update customers’ accounts and database, for future sales and to be used for credit and collection segmentation.
Act as a focal point between artwork, sample design departments and the customer requests in order to get approval on the proposed sample before moving to the production phase.
Negotiate and finalize prices, terms of payments with customers and then report to receivables team to follow up on collection, and obtain sales manager approvals on low prices orders.
Follow-up with the Customer Service Department for deliveries status.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager to set the credit limit profile for each customer with respect to his payment and order requests history, so that customer can be granted payment facilities.
Investigate customer’s complaints to check whether its related to quality, delivery or production, then assign it to the concerned team in order to get back to the customer after getting the final feedback whether customer will be granted credit, discount or any other compensation.
