Job Scope:
The HR Director is responsible for developing HR and communication strategies and operational objectives to support organizational objectives and enhance productivity. Provides guidance and advice to company management on a broad array of employee relation topics. The position is directly reporting to the CEO and serves as a member of the executive leadership team.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement an HR & communication strategy that will attract, develop and retain ITWORX talent and direct the implementation of all programs and processes
· Enhance organization culture to ensure higher standards of operation and increased employee satisfaction
· Lead Organization design activities ( such as structure, roles and/or processes) to enhance efficiency and support rapidly changing business demands.
· Provide coaching and expert HR advice to company leaders
· Develop and implement change management strategies to support critical changes of the business and achieve desired business results
· Position, and brand ITWorx as an employer of choice and apply human resource best practices in the Industry
