ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing professional relationships with the company's customers visiting our showrooms.
• Assist customers with buying decisions
• Providing product and technical advice to customers
• Advising customers through product demonstrations and by building customer
confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Learning about new products and industry trends.
• Attending product/industry seminars and training events
• Working together as a part of our marketing team
• Compile customer profile records.
• Act as a liaise between the Architects, Construction consultants, Contractors and the
project team.
• Guide the customers through planning the bathroom desired solution to the decision
making phase.
