Recruitment Assistant Team Leader

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Approach new sources for potential candidates; receive CVs, screen them and short-listing suitable candidates to meet the criteria of the required job vacancy
• Organize interviews for short listed applicants, including arranging the interview date, panel, rooms
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Send regret and pending letters for the rejected and pending candidates
• Maintain and develop a solid application database and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility
• Prepare weekly statistical reports about the quality of Recruitment to ensure the plan benchmarks
