STAKES OF THE POSITION:
Under the line management of the Project Manager, the POID will be full-time dedicated to the coaching and the support of Youth, including youth with disabilities.
Its main role will be to support Youth and local stakeholders to develop organizational and
technical skills necessary to effectively promote Youth participation in local development and in the definition and implementation of inclusive recreational activities for the community, responsive to the needs of women and people with disabilities.

Strong ability to work in a team
Flexibility, ability to analyse problems and propose adapted solutions
Ability to work under pressure
Strong interest to work with and for vulnerable groups.
