• Design and follow on production for Service marketing materials (leaflets -posters-Flyers…..etc).
• Participate in the organization for the planned service campaigns.
• Digital marketing activities related to the service team.
• Content management of Huawei EG web based customer service tap.
• Administrating Huawei fans program.
• Entry testing for new products coming to EG market.
• Update the SW list update on a weekly basis to be shared with service supplier.
• Secure NTRA approval for new products.
• FUT test activities and SW customization.
• Handling the test with the operators for the MBB devices, fulfill the operator’s requirements
• Communicating with the HQ to improve our handset’s quality
