STAKES OF THE POSITION:
Under the line management of the Projects Coordinator, the Project Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of the project. He/she will:
· Develop and manage the M&E framework including planning and budget management
· Ensure that necessary resources are available for project implementation, that the team environment is conducive and that its members have necessary skills for performing their tasks with required quality
· Supervise the development of methodologies and tools for the project he/she is in charge of
· Facilitate project lessons learning
· Coordinate with all project stakeholders
· Produce donor reports

solutions and facilitate decision-making within the frame of the project’s governance
Ability to work in a team / Group leadership
Ability to work under pressure
