Summary of Position
The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team for the national market, establishing sales policies and procedures, setting up a commission/incentive scheme
Essential Job Requirements
• Establishing sales policies and procedures
• Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve the overall objective of the company
• Calculate the monthly target vs. budget to cascade targets for salesmen
• Plan the commission for the sales force
• Determine KPI for sales force to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Follow up with the production departments at the factories to identify the available products and the status of current orders
• Plan showroom sales as well as potential outbound sales to architects, kitchen centers, residential compounds and wholesalers and an ongoing review of the potential areas of sales
• Analyze, evaluate and direct subordinates performance to achieve the company's sales objectives
• Follow-up analysis of the market, monitoring and evaluation activities and products of competitors to stand on the consumer price policy and the policy of cuts needs
• Participate in the development and promotional plans for the company's products
• Preparing sales reports with surrounding potential sales volume and how to develop potential sales areas
• Action periodic visits to the market to follow market developments and the performance of sales team
