Fitness Trainer For Saudi Arabia

Some important responsibilities of Fitness Trainers are below;
1. Trainer has the responsibility to uphold a professional image. Avoid smoking and use of illegal substance, unhealthy life style & eating habits.
2. Trainer should not take advantage of their clients for their personal mandatory and occupational gain. A Personal Trainer should always put in mind the benefits their clients gain in the process of fitness training.
3. Trainer should maintain appropriate professional boundaries with their client privacy. Must be able to work independently and maintain a strict confidentiality.
4. Trainers should provide fitness instruction to people desiring a training program.
5. Assessing the fitness needs of a clients and preparing customized fitness plans that will provide maximum benefits.
6. Trainers must be able to demonstrate the movements and exercises recommended.
7. They also provide encouragement and support for the client and recognize the client's strengths and weaknesses.
8. Identifying specific training needs and exercise programs according to client health and fitness history.
9. Advise individuals on the correct method and use of exercise machines and devices including weights.
10. Provide instruction in a variety of fitness activities including non gym related activities.
11. Have complete knowledge & understanding of all fitness offering while educating & training.
12. Ensure general maintenance of the facility and that equipment is maintained & properly configured.
13. Monitoring and documenting the progress of the clients and making modifications in the fitness plan according to the result.
14. Discussing results with the client and pointing out what can be done better.
15. Read and accumulate information regarding fitness and implement new technology in fitness regime.
16. Help clients develop realistic, attainable goals and continually modifying training objectives.
17. Motivating and inspiring clients to push their bodies harder to attain greater levels of fitness.
18. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all request by clients ensuring complete clients satisfaction.
19. Advising on Nutritional practices and depending on the requirements of the clients, provide lifestyle guidance to help them meet their goals.
20. Provide first aid in times of injury.
21. To be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform sessions with total focus on safety, attention and timeliness.
22. Leading various recreational activities.
23. Reporting to the Delta Marketing Direct Manager.
