STAKES OF THE POSITION:
Under the line management of the Project Manager, the Project Technical Officer will be in
charge of developing and delivering technical trainings, providing capacity building to Youth leaders, local stakeholders and HI team.
He/she will support the development of technical monitoring tools for the different activities of
the project.
JOB requirements:
Flexibility, ability to take initiatives and make decision
Ability to work in a team / group leadership
Strongly oriented to solutions, positive and constructive mindset
Strong interest to work with and for vulnerable groups.
Ability to work under pressure in an unstable and changing environment and with deadline commitment
