- Ensure Area Sales Managers are competent to maximum effect to execute well the business processes.
- Take ownership for delivering results, sets objectives and focuses on key activities to achieve plan.
- Understand the key performance drivers, develops, and implements division forecast, action plan, and resource support.
- Continually communicate the Division strategy and objectives and how the team contribute to making it a reality.
- Work on a priority basis with Area Sales Managers in the field to monitor and ensure effective execution of agreed strategies, plans and programs.
- Provides basic skill training and demonstrates best practice at every opportunity.
