You will be in charge of assisting Japanese customers in their technical inquiries.
Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.
Duties may include:
①Stay current with system information, changes and updates
②Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
③Follow standard processes and procedures
④Research required information using available resources
⑤Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
Working Conditions:
※Flexible with 9 hours rotational shifts (including lunch break) .
※休日はシフト制による週休2日制
※月例報酬額は6千~7千ポンド(年額7万ポンド)
