i. Preparing the project information including the most important
clauses in the contract conditions, scope of work, major B.O.Q
quantities, and other main information that could help the top
management to decide to participate in the tender
2- Procurement Stage
i. Studying and reviewing all tenders documents including instructions
to tenderers, contract general and special conditions, BOQ,
specifications, and drawings.
ii. Sending the projects data (B.O.Q, Specs. & Drawings) to the
subcontractors and receive the Offers from the subcontractors
iii. Handling the conflicts between supcontractors and the consultant.
iv. Reviewing the offer from Technical and financial aspect.
3- Estimation Stage
i. Handling the pricing operation by making a comparison sheets between
the Subcontractors and choose the most suitable one for the operation.
ii. Making the take-off for the Lump sum Projects in (Excavation, Backfill, R.C, Finishing…) Items if needed.
4- Closing Project Stage
i. Studies indirect costs and breakdown analysis associated with construction projects
ii. Making the technical Presentation for the Owner and the Consultant
iii. Handling the Corresponds and communicates with different
departments within the company (construction, finance, procurement and
admin) when necessary
