Purpose of Position:
To carry out the required services work for Processing Equipment, installation, commissioning, start up,handling over new projects and managing the service agreement related to processing equipment at the customers premises within set time frame and according to Tetra Pak standards.
Reporting Relationships:
FSE will directly report to Field Service Manager -Processing.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality of service provided
- Working within allocated budget and time
- Minimize number of non-chargeable hours.
- Completion of Service and Performance - Procedures for every machine worked on and to be signed by the customer
