• Finalizing the delivery procedures for Taj’s customers
• Coordinate between the customer and the company to avoid the customers’ notes in the delivering site if any
• Preparing deliveries report and inform the considered departments the customer’s notes
• Checking the deliverables (Villas, apartments, etc.) and notify the site department
• Scheduling the delivery date with the customer
• Carry out unit audits with the customer and prepare record of receipt and sign it from the customer
• Following up on the customer complains status with the concerned departments and communicate it accordingly
• Perform necessary inspections regarding the finishing and customer’s notes -if any- as agreed with the customer
