Job Scope:
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of an organization that consists of the following departments (Finance - Food & Beverage - Customer Relations - Play & Development - Facility Management)
Job Tasks:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the operations
- Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Confer and cooperate with other line managers to ensure coordination of operational activities.
- Apply statistics, charts, and measures to control cost and increase productivity
- Perform marketing and public relations activities.
- Meet with clients to schedule and plan Customers local tours and other attractions.
