- Performs customer sales proposals, checks production and ensures prompt delivery, and provides after sales service report
- Checks product information such as availability, quotes and prices and promotes new materials.
- Manages communication process with different clients, to ensure client satisfaction with appropriate comm. channels
- Provides prompt responses to client inquiry and requirements
- Handle client complaints by finding root of the problem, provide a solution and answering the client right away
- Manages client accounts to make sure deliveries comply with predetermined payment terms, loading conditions…etc
- Communicates with different departments such as production & logistics to ensure fast delivery to the client.
- Attend related international and local exhibitions
- After sales follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Prepare all related reports (Sales, profitability, collection, etc….)
