To supervise maintenance painting activities according to the company painting standards and procedures in order to ensure safely, timely and quality implementation of activities.
To prepare the yearly budget for the plant's maintenance painting activities to ensure availability of painting material.
To determine the requirements for surface preparation, painting system, materials, tools, labour and time required for painting activites in both planned and corrective work orders to ensure timely and quality execution of painting activities.
To define and issue the PTW (Permit-To-Work) type according to surface preparation and painting methods in order to eliminate hazards.
To supervise painting activities through giving precise instructions to the personnel responsible for subcontracted services in his/her area of responsibility in order to control the work activities and ensure proper distribution of personnel.
To review and update painting work orders on the CMMS in order to ensure refelction of work orders status.
To keep the work place, in his area of responsibility, clean and tidy in order to comply with HSE regulations.
To prepare the monthly painting activites report in order to provide information concerining all painting activities.
To request all painting materials and review and update min/max stock level according to painting material consumption to ensure material availability and smooth workflow.
