Position based in MAADI, CAIRO ( YallaForma & 8 Digital Marketing Agency)
Position Requirements:
Demonstrated achievement of sales goals and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Must have previous sales experience and success in B to B (Business to Business) sales.
Proven experience in sales planning, sales proposals, and selling the value proposition to appropriate level customers essential;
Strong face to face presence with superior presentation skills; speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; demonstrates group presentation skills.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels in the organization and gain their trust and respect; is approachable, a good listener and puts others at ease. Is able to find common ground and get cooperation from others in difficulty or conflict situations.
Responds promptly to customer needs; Uses needs based selling skills; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance.
Negotiate skillfully in tough situations; be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing or related field preferred. Professional development coursework; sales training and sales leadership development programs.
