The project manager shall operate on the project level, leading the project management activities for new investments, capital, operational enhancement or organizational projects aligning with the preset business strategies. The project manager will support the process of strategic planning and execution through the project management capabilities contributing to the business growth.
• Acts as project manager, with leadership responsibilities for a matrix team on medium to large sized projects. Manages results as outlined in the project’s triple constraints of budget, schedule and scope (objective/quality/performance).
• Conducting tender evaluation, administering consultant appointments and contractors’ selection and management to deliver the project objectives.
• Conduct post project reviews and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Advising on the projects feasibility and risk management, contract and execution strategies stages.
• Assisting with strategic decision making and in the development of the project brief and a project execution plan.
• Establishing an overall development program related to the key activities for project management, procurement, design and construction.
