Under the line management of the Administration Manager and in strong functional link with the Project Manager, the PLAA is in charge of the project administrative, finance, human resources and logistics management of the project. The PLAA ensures that the project team operates within the general framework defined by the head office in Cairo, and that the rules specific to the program are adhered to.
