The Picasso of the agency. As a CD, he/she is expected to stay in touch
with innovative trends and act as a change agent driving new creative
visual solutions and innovative ideas. He/she is to lead esthetic
innovation in the agency. She/he is required to form teams and assign
responsibilities to help execute large projects in limited times and are
expected to be the agency's visual expert on all branding related
matters. He/she are the ultimate responsible for the delivery of a BIA
quality experience to your PLs enabling them to deliver the same
experience to the agency's client.
