Sales Manager - Egyptian for Development

-Prepare and implement Short/Long term target achievement plans on weekly, monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis

-Establish basic department SOPs and KPIs

-Hiring, training, follow-up and evaluation of sales team

-Coordinate with Commercial Director and Marketing Manager during outdoor campaigns (Booths & Exhibitions) to ensure maximum sales volume

-Initiate corporate sales as part of the target achievement tools

-Follow up on each step in the sales process to ensure final deal closure

-Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reports

-Responsible for continuous training and development of sales team members as well as verification and assessment

-Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to ensure alignment and success of target achievement plan

-Apply creativity and innovation to sales strategies to achieve assigned targets

-Conduct regular meetings with Commercial Director regarding department achievements and future plans

-Evaluate subordinates as per agreed KPIs
