- Prepare and issue the base line schedule and assign the project resources in details.
- Prepare baseline narrative which is required by project manager.
- Collect data from owner Bill of Quantity to issue the cash in to be used in forecasting the income of the project.
- Monitor the progress of the project activities according to project/department requirements to verify that the updated schedule comply with the approved base line schedule and highlight critical issues and provide analysis to Direct Manager.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports about the project and provide input to Direct Manager according to project/department requirements.
- Provide data regarding the project schedule to Cost Control Engineers, and Finance Department to be used in preparing financial statement, cost plan, billing plan and cash out reports.
- Prepare close out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the coming projects.
Handle related special assignments within the scope of project controls if required.
