In order to further develop Seeds of Hope in Egypt and to foster existing and future partnerships with new technical schools/centers, IECD wills to recruit a Project Officer to extend the team. His duties will imply:
1. Coordination and implementation of training activities:
• Participate in the elaboration of training references and educational programs
• Order new electrical equipment and follow-up equipment installation
• Organize Training of Trainers - ToT (pedagogical, technical and soft skills)
• Organize steering committees with companies to ensure the trainings match the market’s needs
• Assist in the implementation and organization of the seeds of Hope activities
• Report on the progress of activities
2. Support IECD Team in the relationship management with the different Project stakeholders
• Development of relationships with public Institutions (Ministry of Education…)
• Technical Schools and/or Centers
• Partnering companies
• Donors
