Customer Service Representative - Female

Role: The CSR provides sales, technical and administrative support to the Sales department. The CSR will be responsible for all aspects of Customer Service in Egypt, support in key sales functions, reviewing and managing end to end orders, communicating delivery status and managing sales back office operation to support front line sales. These duties will involve extensive interaction with Engineering, Sales, Production and Operations and will act as a liaison between the customer and various departments in order to ensure proper customer support and satisfaction.
Main responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
• Opens and maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Assists field sales representatives and customers in the application of HOERBIGER products and services and coordinates with the manufacturing facilities to meet commitments to customers.
• Execution of orders from quotation to delivery, coordination with Sales and Supply Chain department for prices and delivery.
• Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements and customer requests.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and coordinating with the concerned department
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
• Manages the office and administration duties.
