· Implementation, provisioning & troubleshooting for Routers and Switches, Wireless and Security solutions
· Provides support to end users in the selection, acquisition, usage, and maintenance of software
programs and hardware.
· Manages and troubleshoot the physical network infrastructure, including wired and wireless connections
· Contribute to defining the technical specifications for hardware and consequently in line with the need of work.
· Take the necessary research, analysis and consultations to find a solution to the problems of
users to take the necessary measures to protect the data and information for users and report them.
· Participates in customers’ solutions assessments, evaluation process and new products installations in coordination with other teams.
