Site Preparation before Mobilization:
Prepare site mobilization define required premises and area
Issue a loaded erection planning with required resources
Issue and adapt quality and safety site plan
Issue Site cash flow
Check available resources (tools & equipment) and order for missing ones
Attend kick off meeting
Site Erection Activity:
Organize the site management and set a link with different
interface.
Manage and optimize the available resources on site
Inspect received material and check its conformance
Dispatch activities among supervisors
Get day to day the SIP signed for each activity in order to
reach Zero Pending List
Daily Follow up of erection activity, check compliance of
erection with procedure and approved drawing
Issue and update the 3 weeks look ahead planning
Issue reports and progress
Attend weekly meeting with client and consultant
Manage and follow up the site expenses
Check and follow up of the store management
Manage and follow up required material purchasing
Site Commissioning Activity:
Site management and activity follow up
Monitor the daily activity progress
Set interface with different parties
Weekly site meeting
Check the compliance of equipment and procedures with
contractual specification
Veil on safety and hygiene implementation
Energizing:
Site management
Clear the pending points
Check the approval of test sheet
Follow up and finalize of As built drawing
Give instruction to demobilization and site closing
Update different previous forecasted data for coming site
Issue final site report
