John Crane has an exciting opportunity for the Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Cairo. The role is reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. We a looking for a person available to join as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Process sales and invoices so customer orders are dispatched, invoiced and paid accurately .
•Preparation on sales quotations including pricing in coordination with Sales team.
•Advise both internally and externally on product availability, prices, delivery times and status of orders.
•Liaise with all internal departments, at all levels to ensure customer service.
•Liaise with customers regarding delivery requirements and arrange accordingly.
•Supporting external sales team.
•Preparation and processing of shipping documents for Letter of Credit related orders in coordination with Finance Department
