RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting with Project Managers and Vice President to determine recruitment requirements. Keeping an up to date list of all Abu Dhabi vacancies.
Placing adverts in various worldwide media including newspapers, magazines, company website and other recruitment websites. Receiving responses from adverts and screening CVs.
Sourcing candidates from various other locations including recruitment website databases (i.e. monster.com, justconstruction.com), headhunting and job fairs.
Assessing received CVs suitability against open vacancies. Arranging telephone/face to face interviews with Project Managers and suitable discipline engineers.
Conducting reference checks prior to finalization of contract.
Discussing and negotiating salary with selected candidates and making offers subject to agreement of senior Management.
Coordinating the mobilization of new employees and collection of required paperwork.
Conducting an orientation to the company and country as required.
