The primary role is to work within ITWorx Advanced Infrastructure Services Team delivering enterprise level solutions with focus on customer satisfaction, project timelines, and deliverables. This will be achieved by providing in-depth technical consulting, analysis, and
implementation services for ITWorx clients.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement IT solutions for ITWorx Customers
Assist sales team with technical solutions architecture
Gather business requirements from Customers and analyze with offshore team
Solutions delivery
Mentor and train coworkers
Install, configure, migrate, troubleshoot and support Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Lync SharePoint and TMG technologies.
Install, configure, migrate, troubleshoot and support Microsoft System Center suite of technologies
Work with Client Account Managers to present proposals and advanced technology solutions to customers
Assist the ITWorx Project Manager with developing proposals, project plans and project budgets
Participate in longer term onsite and project based client engagements
Document designs, as built installations and operational processes
Evaluate best practices, pattern technologies, perform POC, quick assessment
Follow established delivery process and leverage associated tools for requirements elicitation, architecture, design and development
Identify and escalate potential issues and risks to Onsite and Offshore Project Manager
Requirement clarifications, review/walkthrough of deliverables with customers, deployment of solution to customer
This position is based in Cairo and the focus would be on working with customers on projects across ITWorx global offices' customers. This position involves high amount of travel (up to 60% of time), as the Onsite Associate Consultant is expected to be present at Customer locations during critical phases of solution development.
