Responsibilities:
• To seek information about the client’s projects
• To make preliminary analysis on technical, financial and commercial aspects of the tender document in order to know the advantages and the difficulties the project

• To make an analysis of risks with the support of the partner units
• To elaborate the target price of the offer and then to proceed with the complete writing of the offer, in order to well prepare the negotiations with the client.
• To present the offer to the client and to assure the follow participate in the technical, financial, commercial, legal negotiations (…), to reach an agreement for contract award.
• Establish the commercial action plan and ensure the follow up to maximize the order intake of Sales Department.
• Supervise & transfer the know how to sales team to enhance the technical capabilities and to maintain our chances to achieve unit order intake.
• To manage the Sales team in order to ensure the professional development of their co-workers and adequacy of human resources according to the need of the Sales Department (load of work, competence development, individual and collective efficiency….).
