• As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for providing trade specific system design: layout (utilizing ACAD); calculations (utilizing appropriate software like HAP or Elite);
• Possesses basic understanding of proper system selection of AHU, FCU, all Fans types (Pressurization Make up Smoke, CHW Piping, valves, CHW Pumps, and all water side system components, in addition to Ducting Design and all air side systems components.
• Well understand in preparing the BOQ.
• Good Command in calculation in MS Excel and Word software.
• Exhibits some understanding of applicable codes such as ASHRAE, SMACNA and other related field codes.
• Performs construction administration and field investigation tasks for assigned projects including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports
