Job Summary You love people. You understand every cab driver’s story and you have a natural inclination to make sure people are comfortable wherever you are - you want your friends to have the best table at the restaurant, make sure the new kid at a gathering gets introduced, you’re a connector. You always kept your room clean when you were growing up even without being told to. You love the idea of managing your own business and wearing all the hats that go along with that. Key Duties Host: You make sure every member feels cared for and connected to you and the other members of the space. This includes making sure they have clean/ organized work space to hosting member events to knowing what each member does for work and for fun and making connections among the members. You make coffee, you make sure there’s always an abundance of coffee mugs. You listen for ways to delight members. You tell people what’s nearby for lunch. You are charming but tactful and firm when you need to be. Business Development: You help market the space through social media (Twitter, Facebook, and other related social media) and occasionally attending networking events. You give amazing tours and follow our sales process to get the right people into the space and keep it at capacity. You get members signed up in our system, on all the right email lists and connected to the Internet and printer. Connector: You connect members to each other and you connect members to resources that they need to be successful in their business. Office Manager: You handle customer service questions, complaints and requests in a timely manner with authority and responsibility. You order paper, printer supplies, make copies, scan documents, respond to emails, pick up the phone, give directions and other related administrative duties. You prepare weekly or monthly reports. Ethical Behavior: You meet the objectives and performance measures as agreed by the General Manager. Build good relationship with all customers, ensure customer‘s satisfaction, analyze customer satisfaction reports. Have a positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
