For a Training center in Qassim-KSA Specialized in Poultry.
Main Objective:
• Get students’ satisfactions by providing a premium service for classes booking and the daily, weekly and
monthly follow-ups.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Answering voice calls
• Booking & cancelling the classes’ appointments.
• Guiding students to the right staff member according to their needs.
• Printing out the daily reports for lab & class activities.
• Assisting students in filling the certificate of completion application by the end of each level.
• Preparing students ’study records if needed.
• Following up students through some techniques assigned by the management on a weekly basis.
• Informing students about booked sessions.
• Following up with students who missed classes and setting up new reservations for them.
• Assisting the manager with office work if needed.
