Archirodon is looking for highly active candidate in the position of Procurement Manager, the position is going to be based in the Regional Office in Nasr City.
- Organize and execute Procurement activities for materials, services, Sub-contracts in order to provide effective and efficient services to meet the needs of the company for its ongoing EPC construction projects and to meet the departmental sourcing needs.
- Implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions·
- Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
- Commercial evaluation of proposals and selection of Vendors.
- Sourcing based on Company’s strategies and Projects requirements.
- Market investigation (prepare RFQ’s, follow up proposals etc.).
- Negotiation with Vendors (T&C, schedule, commercial aspects
etc.).
- Prepare Contracts/Agreements
- Contract follow up.
- Expediting (on time deliveries,compliance with T&C).
- Apply Company’s procedures/strategies.
- Reporting (Company & Client).
- Performance evaluation of Vendor’s.
- Vendor’s Management.
- Apply specific project procedures/requirements.
