We are seeking to hire a Distributor for our new Stadium brand within within our Retail Divisional team. As a Distributor you will ensure profitable market share and net sales growth with the wholesale and distribution activities in Egypt's Market. You will be responsible for developing assigned field Accounts, tap full potential and manage all interfaces as well as developing/updating Field Account Fact Books and Field Strategic Account Plans according to the customer portfolio mapping strategies. In addition to organizing and preparing sell-in customer meetings using the sell-in checklist, pre-selecting the range, offering sell-out support, based on our seasonal focus products, technologies and concepts.Visiting customers regularly respecting the store visit checklist guidelines and conducting the store audits, ensuring continuous improvement of the store audit results. As well as conducting the field CSS, feedback results to the accounts and derive action plans.
About you
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should demonstrate the following experience, qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
* Minimum of three years as a wholesaler / distributor in retail in Egypt.
* Excellent Negotiations and communications skills are required.
* Advanced market intelligence and awareness are a plus.
