Role Purpose
The F&B Junior Procurement Specialist is responsible for the procurement of non-merchandisecommodities and services for the operation based on best practices stipulated by the company’s policies and procedures
Key Accountabilities
Inspect and process F&B purchasing requisitions and reports Plan, monitor, coordinate and evaluate F&B purchasing activities and expenses as specified by the Manager Receive, verify, organize and follow up on all F&B purchased items Communicate with vendors on price, availability, delivery, quality and purchases supplies Compare and evaluate costs vs. quality and suitability of products Stay abreast to new products, market conditions and trends
