Your mission
As an QHSE Officer you will be responsible for (this list is non-exhaustive) :
Health, Safety and Environment duties
- Visiting and inspecting all working sites throughout your area to ensure they are functioning correctly in regards to the group policy, standards, management system and relative legislative regulations
- Preparing an inspection report and having its findings communicated to your direct HSE superior, Project Manager or responsible person and an action plan compiled to initiateany required control measures and actions
- Conducting on site risk assessments when required and assisting Operations Team when there are any changes to the project, new activities, new machinery and facilities
- Supervising the proper and correct application of the QHSE Plan and ERP relevant to the project
- Understanding the group QHSE procedures and following the same on your day to day activities
- Promoting the reporting of all accident, incident, near miss or “Don’t Walk By” to your direct supervisor and QHSE Manager and to then communicate the corrective actions to those involved
Quality duties
- Elaborating measurement systems, interpret the results and report to QHSE Manager on the performance of the QHSE Management System
- Assisting all services to prevent non-conformities
- Organizing internal and external audits for sites
- Assisting the production team for the preparation of QHSE Project documentation
- Maintaining all relevant QHSE documentation and records for the QHSE Management System
- Ensuring communication of all safety alerts/memos to all concerned the group employees
