• Set the financial strategy and plan for THE COMPANY.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Set with the Head of divisions to set the annual budget
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of THE COMPANY
• Responsible of the of reviewing financial reports and accuracy of data
• Responsible of applying the financial policy, process and procedures
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
• Participate in management meetings to provide reports (e.g. sales, costs, financial statements) on THE COMPANY financial progress
• Select and manage on-going relationships with external organizations and advisors (e.g., banks, external auditors, tax advisors, accounting firms)
• Liaise with the head of divisions throughout THE COMPANY to coordinate scheduled finance activities with their operations
• Manage THE COMPANY Finance budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
