We are seeking to hire a Sales Supervisor to ensure that sales floor is presentable in accordance with Principles standards. Ensuring that the sales team operates to the highest professional standards and company policies and customers are attended with utmost priority. Your job responsibilities will also include but not limited to, Ascertaining that Department is managed effectively in relation to stocks, sales and staff.
About You
As a Sales Supervisor; you need to be a bachelor's degree holder with at least 2 years of experience is a similar role.
The ideal candidate for the role, needs to demonstrate the following skills :
* Good Interpersonal Skills, able to communicate fluently in English
* An ability to implement creative and imaginative approaches and identify new options for service development.
* Able to lead, Motivate and develop the team, give clear direction and feed back in order to improve performance.
* Evidence of a clear understanding of all aspects of customer services and able to demonstrate commitment to continuous Improvement.
