Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team in the external relations department and manages external service providers to implement the communication plan
• Prepare plan and project manage the publication of all communication material to maximize brand promotion (annual report, brochures, flyers, videos etc.…)
• Supervise the development of all communication material (online and offline)
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Manage all Wataneya online channels and making sure is it regularly updates.
• Plan and execute all Wataneya’s events on time according to Wataneya’s standards.
• Media monitoring and reporting
• Draft press releases in Arabic and English
• Create and maintains good relationships with media
• Liaise with external partners to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Identify and attend events relevant to Wataneya’s scope of work that may be attended by other team members, in order to raise awareness
• Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions in coordination with the requesting department
• Prepare a feedback report after each event and sends to External Relations Manager and related department/program manager
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
