The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for:
•Lead the development and execution of strategy to ensure long-term viability and profitability of the organization
•Build relationships with external partners to develop and enhance the provision of quality health services in the region
•Provide strategic direction including development and implementation of vision, plans, policies and financial management strategies to support profitable growth of the organization
•Represent the organization to external stakeholders including high level partners, industry and community
The CEO has overall accountability, responsibility and authority for the management of the business and affairs of the organization in accordance with the strategic plan.
