-Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with
current customers and targeted customers in the assigned market segment
to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. -Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization. -Assemble detailed projects’ properties portfolio and present it to clients and accompany customers to property sites to view the housing units. -Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc). -Fulfill customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
-Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs,
problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new
products and services. -Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. -Coordinate with the company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. -Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals.
