Role Purpose
The Human Resources Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager in the
management of the HR department.
Key Accountabilities
Provides the needed support in the recruitment activities in order to ensure the selection of high
caliber candidates for keep positions.
Manage and support the Employee Relations team in offering them with professional advice and
guidance regarding occurring ER issues.
Ensure that the Compensation & Benefits operations are in adherence to the set policies and
procedures.
Take part in the preparation of the allocated budget of the HR department.
Suggest efficient HR materials in compliance with set policies and legal requirements.
Provide the needed support in identifying employees training needs.
