Corporate Sales Executive - Etisalat Misr

•Handle and organize all daily correspondences between related SME agent and concerned internal parties to ensure smooth and effective work flow.
•Maintain updated daily and weekly records for customers and sales visits according to the agreed SLA to highlight sales activities and targets progress.
•Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments (Fraud, Account Management, Back Office, Corporate Collection...Etc) to secure planned work progress.
•Increase SME customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department’s sales objectives.
•Support related SME agent through closing profitable deals to achieve monthly targets.
•Conduct daily visits with SME agents’ sales teams to highlight progress in existing and new SME accounts.
•Resolve and minimize SME accounts problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives.
