•3-5 years experience in Web & mobile systems
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, analytical, and data gathering skills
• Understanding of Systems Development Lifecycles, Requirements gathering, Change Management and configuration management processes and concepts
• Proficiency in application/software architecture and system analysis (Definition, Business Process Modeling, etc.)
• Proficiency in application/software testing processes (Manual and Automated - Unit, System, Integration)
• Strong experience with producing, estimating, maintaining & improving User Stories that is consumable by the development team
• Strong experience in Use Case Modeling and UML
• Experience with design/development of APIs & Web Services (REST, SOA, ...)
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean approach and methodologies
• Project experience with JIRA, JIRA Agile &TestLink (or similar tools) is a plus
