Are you a dedicated trainer who would like to develop aspiring Food & Beverage professionals to succeed in their Careers? As the Food and Beverage Trainer you will work with Australia's Employer of the Year - Crown Melbourne, and be part of the Learning & Development Team for the Hotels, Retail and Food & Beverage Portfolio.
Crown Melbourne employees more than 1800 people in Food & Beverage in over 40 different outlets ranging from fine dining and casual restaurants, banquets, bars and nightclubs in roles ranging from entry level to senior management.
Reporting directly to the Training Lead, the Food & Beverage Trainer will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, induction and continuous support of all F&B Trainees in our accredited programs. Key responsibilities will include the delivery and assessment of our Certificate III in Hospitality training program, managing and promoting Crown's training restaurant The Culinarium and providing technical training support to all Food & Beverage outlets.
With full financial responsibilities of The Culinarium it is essential to have both operational experience with solid business acumen and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders. In addition a strong understanding of the Australian National Training Framework and RTO compliance is essential.
Ideally you will have a strong background in managing operational teams, exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate a good understanding of training methodology and adult learning principles.
