1. Director of Operations - F & B strength an advantage. Ex Com reporting to the GM.
2. Director of F & B - Ex Com reporting to DOP
3. Executive Chef - not Ex Com reporting to the DFB
Salary / Package: Similar scale for all 3 roles
- 6,000 - 7,000 USD Net after the income tax.
- Apartment ranging from 1 up to 3 bedrooms depends on the family size, utilities covered.
- Local healthcare
- Annual flights - for the candidate and his family .
- Vacation entitlement from 21 to 30 working days per year, depends on the number of years of service.
- Annual Bonus ranging from 15% to 25% from the annual income according to the EXCOM bonus scheme, for Non Excom positions (i.e. Executive Chef) up to the GM discretion).
- Schooling included in the above financial package.
