HR Manager / Factory

1- Discussesmanpower plans and recruitment processes with department managers; provide

close support to managers and job owners in recruitment techniques (interview,

selection criteria, feedback)

2- Prepares recruitment budget and commits to it accordingly.

3- Acts as liaison with various recruitment sources such as newspapers, Universities, recruitment agencies, external job boards, online recruitment agencies and company website.

4- Develops advertisements, job descriptions; monitors the quality of the company job advertisements and ensures that they are flawless.

5- Searches for relevant and qualified candidates on various job boards (internally and externally on the different regional recruitment websites.)

6- Identifies and contacts potential candidates through networking

7- Develops a pipeline of qualified potential candidates and maintains an on-going relationships with high potential candidates

8- Performs reference/background checks.

9- Offers positions to candidates, negotiating/establishing salary and compensation

package.

10- Maintains recruitment reports with detailed schedule of timeframes for recruitment process and on-time delivery

11- Provides recruitment statistics, analyzes recruitment trends and propose changes.

12-Gets information on new recruitment methods, tools and training ways.

13- Involved in other HR projects as: Oracle Implementation - HR module, Hay

Salary Survey and others.
